Just think of the possibilities! If you're Irish, you can dress like a leprechaun, German - fabulous lederhosen are always timeless, "early American" -think George Washington and Betsy Ross. If you can claim Spanish ancestry, there's SO much you can do with cute bolero jackets not to mention some flamenco fashion. I even hear 'Russian' fashion is in - you know, the big fur hats and lots of bundling... Personally, if we had such a day, I would come dressed as a Dutch milkmaid, with the clogs and all. Nice flouncy skirts and a lacey handkercheief for headgear.
