A former Iowan has posted a link to a printable Best Buy coupon that the U.S. Postal Service usually gives to people who have moved recently. The link is just directly to a picture, and every month the internet address changes a little to point to a more current coupon. It’s good for 10% off a lot of things in the store. If you’re thinking about getting a new iPod, now’s your chance.
In this case the 200804 [in the URL] represents April, 2008. As it turns out the URL of the image changes from month-to-month almost like clockwork. So the next time you’re looking to buy something from Best Buy check to see whether this coupon applies to you, and adjust the URL to represent the current month. USPS might be changing the URL as more people start to catch on, but by modifying the URL I can see that they’ve been using this structure for nearly a year.
You can go directly to the coupon by following this link, or you can check out the full story here.
In unrelated news, I am most like “Crazy Britney [Spears]” according to a survey conducted by an official Facebook subsidiary. I submitted to the survey in the name of science. It is based on my preference for whiskey, the amount of time I spend spacing out per day, and my driving abilities.
