I don't read the Sun Times regularly, and the author seems like the "gossip" columnist, but if Rahm the Bomb got mixed up with Rod the Fraud, it would not reflect positively on Mr. Obama's character judgment (but then again, Bush had Rove and Cheney, so maybe we're used to poor executive judgment). Having tranferred myself during undergrad (thought I don't know if the same rules applied in "The Fraud's" day), your ACT score gets wiped out and only your GPA applies.
