Bad credit student loans are available to those who would otherwise not be able to afford a college education. If you are in the unfortunate position of having a bad credit score, you can still be eligible for financial aid.
Several federal student loans and private loans are there for the taking. All you need to do is research the ones that are best for you and then apply for them.
If you have bad credit, the best place to start looking is at federal loans. Federal loans are nice in the sense that the government is not concerned with your credit score when you are applying for a federal student loan.
One great option to look at is the Stafford loans, which are available to both undergraduate and graduate students. Stafford loans are under the assumption that a student doesn’t even have a credit score because he or she is coming straight from high school.
Perkins loans, another federal student loan offered for college, follows the same assumptions for its applicants, making it easier for students with bad credit histories.
PLUS loans are an alternative to bad credit student loans to help you pay for college. These loans are offered to parents. Parents fill them out, and it is the parents who are responsible for paying back the loan. The student’s credit history is very irrelevant. This allows the student to receive more funding for college.
If you miss deadlines and are unable to apply for a federal loan, then you may want to consider a grant. Federal grants, such as the Pell grant, are great, especially if you have a bad credit history.
Grants are awarded on the needs and the specific criteria of the student applying, not on how well they scored on a credit test. Whether you are applying for a federal student loan or a federal grant, you need to check with your college or university to see what you will qualify for based on your needs.
If you are interested in private student loans, but are afraid you won’t qualify because of bad credit, there is no need to worry. Some private lenders will still allow you to take out a loan for college even if you suffer from a bad credit history.
What may occur is you will have to pay higher interest rates for private student loans than for a federal loan. If you are using the money for a higher degree, such as a law or medical degree, then you might stand a better chance of getting a private loan despite your poor credit ratings.
Even with very bad credit, you can still pursue your dream of attending college. All you have to do is research the number of options that are out there for private and federal student loans.
If you spend some time with your school’s financial aid advisor, you should know all you need to know about bad credit student loans. Do not let bad credit ruin your chance to go as far as you want!

Incredible! He looks so life like. Just amazing…and what a beautiful subject
You’re really good man. You’ve got excellent talent.
Very nice!!
No, there isn't much math in a law degree at all. It is far more important to have great written and oral communication skills, and an excellent memory for case law.
As for your P.S: I didn't study philosophy at uni, but I have had a lifelong interest in it. Philosophy and law share common skills, and subjects like Legal Theory (which I got a HIgh Distinction for) benefit greatly from an understanding of, and an interest in, philosophy.
Philosophy doesn't require a lot of maths either, as it's more about rational reasoning than formal logic. I'd say that an ability to see an issue from many different perspectives would be an asset to a philosopher, as, indeed, it is for a lawyer.
Incidentally, I did computer science as the other half of my double degree, which did require enormous amounts of math… and certainly did *not* complement law studies as well as I imagine philosophy would, except that I had the coolest
law notes ever created – fully hyperlinked to case law, legislation, etc. on my laptop.
During your 3rd year of law school, and for a few months after graduation.
There is no going rate. All things are negotiable and if you learn nothing else in law school, learn that. The negotiations will depend on what you propose to do for the firm. Sweeping the floor tends to pay less than being a library rat. The negotiations will also turn on what the firm wants from you. If you are valuable, and they will want to recruit you as a lawyer when you graduate, that will affect the wage. If they want only a warm body that could leave tomorrow without being noticed, that too will affect the wage.
Perfect.
A law student cannot provide legal counsel in an official capacity to any person for any reason. There is a loophole however. A person is allowed to represent themself in a court of law, and they are allowed to receive legal advice unofficially from anyone they choose, including a law student. You cannot represent them, make official decisions and statements on their behalf, or visit them in an official capacity as their lawyer in their holding cell (this last one only applies to criminal cases where the accused is remanded). You cannot sit with them at the defendants bench in a court of law, however you are allowed to assist them in preparing legal documents which they must sign alone, and assist them in building a case including investigating the scene of the crime (after it has been made available to the public) for evidence that could lead to an aquittal, or searching for witnesses, an alibi, or other persons of interest, so far as it does not impede the police investigations in any way. Finally, you may attempt to seek persons or evidence that may disprove the prosecutions evidence regarding your friends motive and/or opportunity to commit the alleged crime, civil or criminal.
If your friend is the plaintiff, he or she has the burdon of proof, which means you and your friend will require not only the evidence that proves you case as legit, but also proof that the defence's case is somehow false, misleading, or illegitimate. Without both, the defence may win due to the assumption of innocence.
woww that’s really relax and beatiful soung .good picture of jhony depp !
Well, if you want to be within walking distance of campus, be prepared to use every cent of that budget; Foggy Bottom is not cheap, and the surrounding neighborhoods (Georgetown, Dupont, etc.) are worse. Consider Northern Virginia neighborhoods along the Orange Line (Rosslyn, Clarendon, etc.) if you're looking to save money and not have a terrible commute to campus.

how is this not a real photo?
Okay answer this, if you were in court, would you rather be represented by a gifted lawyer or an average lawyer.
The big problem with law students is that they are not usually being taught local laws, but overall legal concepts or federal laws which can be applied anywhere, and are the sorts of things which will be found on a bar exam. They are very good at those issues, since they are studying them. However, most questions that people have concern local issues, and law students really know no more about that than anybody else. It is only once you are out practicing that you learn what the local laws are, and how they can affect people.
From the number of lawyers who answer questions here, including me, we appear to be pretty open to being asked questions.
Nice work, you did pretty good.
It depends on how competitive the school is
If a top 25 school, you better have a rigorous undergrad program with top grades, an excellent LSAT, and if you have done anything interesting – especially in business, law, or government – that also
Many law schools are easy to enter and you just have to have a decent GPA and LSAT.
Pay a few dollars and use the US News evaluator – when you have your LSAT scores. It will show you which law schools are taking people with our credentials.
hm i couldn’t tell the difference between photograph and painting comparing the final resault.
